First time using this company. Received immediate response when I inquired about service plans and scheduling was easy. Received notice when the technician was dispatched to my home and then a call from the technician with an ETA. The technician was polite and friendly and did a full inspection of my inside and outside system. Was thrilled when he told me he had been with the company for 12 years and he made a recommendation that I decrease the MERV rating on my filter to make it easier for my system motor to run. So far so good with this company.

Tech came out to complete R&R of outside unit for plumbing work. Unit immediately blew fuses and breakers! Much troubleshooting later we determined the unit was good and that the wiring feeding had apparently failed when the outside unit had been moved to facilitate digging. Tech and apprentice were relentless in finding the fault without pushing for an easy replacement. Once it was determined the unit itself wasn’t the cause they carefully checked every part. They didn’t take an easy path that would’ve been expensive for me and were extremely patient. It was cold, it rained, hours were spent solving this puzzle!
In the end, by taking careful steps, the techs found what had to be the failed component. Their fee was reasonable and not far off the original quote, a massive relief for my worn out wallet.
I *think* Justin was the tech but I’m certain the guys on this call will remember it back at the shop! These two were pros, friendly, knowledgeable, and neither got frustrated despite the conditions. I absolutely recommend these good honest people!
