My furnace had shut off and I called Arctic Sun at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. My service tech Billy was there at 5:00 and determined that I had no oil. The oil folks had royally screwed up with my automatic refill and they came on Wednesday to fill my tank. Billy arrived this afternoon (had to wait until then so someone was home) and he checked and reset the furnace. This company is always so responsive and I’m so thankful for them. The office personnel, Wanda, is awesome too!

The tech was very efficient and accomplished one request I had in addition to inspecting the furnace, and said he did not have the required filter on his truck but would come by and replace it later.
He also took care of our rental house. The renters had no comments on the service, but based on my experience, I’m sure it was excellent.
